Khwaja Gharib Nawaz Life History Book

This post is written to share an eBook on the Seerat and life history of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz. Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A) also called as Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti Ajmeri is great saint of Chisti order. He spread the light of Islam in the central and eastern India. It is said that ninety lac hindus accepted Islam on the hands of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A).


The original name of the book under discussion is “Faizan e Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A)”. The book includes a complete life history and important events of Khwaja’s life. His birth, family and name and parents are mentioned in the book. Then a summary of travels by Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A) for the sake of knowledge is given. Then events of his travel to Hind (India) is discussed. Khwaja Sahib is also called as Sultan ul Hind. Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A) met many popular saints of his time. He went to the shrine of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (R.A) and carried out a Chilla. Then the shades of his personality like his dressing and piousness is mentioned in this very book. The book also enlists the literary contribution of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A). Many books are written by him. These are given as below.

Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti (R.A) was a God fearing saint. He is among the earlier sufis of the Chisti order of mysticism. His famous Murid was Khwaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki (R.A).
