Shamail-e-Tirmizi (Shamaa-il-Tirmidhi) is a collection of sayings of Sahaba. Sahaba are the companions of the Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H). The only source of Ahadees of Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) are Sahaba. These companions memorized the golden words of Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and spread it forward. As they were virtuous is transferring Hadith. Their sayings about the behavior and habits of Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) are also considered virtuous. The saying and life histories of Sahaba have been compiled in different Islamic books. These books are authored by different writers. Shamail-e-Tirmizi is written by Imam Tirmizi (R.A). Imam Tirmizi (R.A) has authored his most notable book called Tirmidhi Shareef.
