Shah Faisal Mosque:
The foundation of Faisal Mosque was laid by the Late Shah Faisal of Saudi Arabia and it’s name after that King. It is one of the largest Mosques of the world. Hundreds of thousand people can offer prayer in it at the same time. The Mosque is located in the Margalla hills and one of masterpieces in Pakistan. It has four Minarets. Lighting in evening enhances the beauty of Shah Faisal Mosque. It is a beautiful place for the visitors not only in evening but also in morning.
Daman-e-Koh is located on the Margalla hill. It’s uniqueness is that While Standing on Daman-e-Koh, one can view the whole Islamabad city below. There is lot of entertainment and restaurants here for the tourists. Lot of facilities & lightning is present here which makes it more beautiful and a lot of tourists attract towards it.
MohenjoDaro is the an ancient architectural place in Sindh (Pakistan). This place is the source of information for the Indus Valley civilizations. Apart from MohenjoDaro, there are other ancient tourist attractions in Pakistan as well. These include Harappa, Taxila, Kot Diji etc.
Mazar-e-Quaid (Jinnah Mausoleum):
Mazar-e-Quaid is one of the landmarks in Karachi which is the tomb of the founder of Pakistan, Mohammed Ali Jinnah. Its other name is National Mausoleum. This mausoleum is present at the heart of the city which was completed in 1960s. It is a attraction of tourists because it remind us the sacrifices and struggles of not only Quaid-e-Azam but also of other leaders i. e Fatima Jinnah and Liaqat Ali Khan as both of their tombs are nearby Mazar-e-Quaid .
Lake Saif ul Malook:
Lake Saif ul Malook located in Kaghan is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. This place holds an important place in tourism in Pakistan. This lake is the largest artificial lake in Pakistan. The lake is a healthful place for visitors. Kaghan valley apart from hosting this lake also has Lalazar valley. This place is also worth worth visiting.
Shogran is in Mansehra District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Kaghan valley. It is beautiful place located at 222 km from Islamabad and 34 km from Balakot. This is actually a beautiful place for photography and attracts tourists for wonderful and amazing sight for capturing photos and have fun.
Shalimar Garden (Lahore):
Shalimar garden is a historical place located in Lahore. Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built this marvel piece along-with other historical spots. This garden is a beautiful place to visit. It is a mixture of natural beauty and historical elegance of mughal architecture.
Nathiagali is situated in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. It is located about 34 km from Abbottabad and quite near to famous place Murree. It is a best place to visit in the season of monsoon.
Skardu is situated in the North part of the country. Along-with the adjoining areas of Gilgit Baltistan province, Skardu has extreme weather. The area is usually in-accessible during the winter season. The mountains are covered with snow all the year round. K2 mountain is situated in Skardu which reaches a height of 8611 meters.
Mangroves is a term used for special type of trees. These trees grow in saline waters and have roots above water. These peculiar trees are found in various parts of the world. Pakistan has a large island of mangrove trees. It is located in the Arabian sea near sea shore of Karachi.
The area of swat is a paradise on earth. The green valleys and beautiful mountains of the area attract tourists from throughout the world.
